No pastries on Sunday mornings (just a special offer on tarts), the saleswoman told me. 10:00 AM seems very early to me, either to not be serving customers or to be out of stock. The customer service is often the problem I've noticed at this bakery chain. It's a shame because the bread was very good.

I'm disappointed. This morning I went to the bakery because my colleagues and I usually have breakfast there on Saturday mornings. There are six of us on Saturday mornings. I ordered four croissants and four pain au chocolat, in addition to two regular croissants. I clearly stated that I wanted a slice of pizza separately from the pastries. The young brunette didn't understand at all; she insisted I take a special offer. I told her no three times, but she charged me €7.30 for two pain au chocolat and two croissants, supposedly a special offer, and included the pizza slice in the bill. In total, it cost me €14.60. We see your special offers on your signs; if we don't ask, it means we don't want them.

Hello, I went at 12:30 PM on Friday, July 31st, and there were no more croissants, pain au chocolat, or bread. I had to come back in the early afternoon, and I finally found a well-stocked shelf and the saleswoman (a blonde woman with glasses) was very professional and pleasant.
