One person makes all the difference in this place: Jordan. A smiling and welcoming person who radiates kindness, someone who carries out his duties wholeheartedly. I find the service very slow, especially when it's less busy... I don't know why. The food is always hot, and I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because of the staff! A special shout-out to the two disabled people who work there and who are absolutely fantastic! Always smiling, impeccably polite, and incredibly attentive! Well done to them!!!

16/08/2026: No pastries on Sunday mornings (just a special offer on tarts), the saleswoman told me. 10:00 AM seems very early to me, either to not be serving customers or to be out of stock. The customer service is often the problem I've noticed at this bakery chain. It's a shame because the bread was very good.
