I find the service very slow, especially when it's less busy... I don't know why. The food is always hot, and I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because of the staff! A special shout-out to the two disabled people who work there and who are absolutely fantastic! Always smiling, impeccably polite, and incredibly attentive! Well done to them!!!

Exceptional service! Thomas, who works at the McDonald's in Claye-Souilly, is absolutely fantastic! She is extremely professional, always smiling, and super friendly with customers. She makes all the difference in the customer experience. Well done on her excellent work!

I've been coming to this McDonald's for quite some time, especially when I worked in the same shopping center, and I've always received excellent service. The service is quick, orders are always respected, and the restaurant is clean. Thanks to the manager, Thomas 😉, for his professionalism and warm welcome; it's always a pleasure. I highly recommend it!
