I found a live spider in my sandwich, which disgusted me.

I always receive a very warm welcome at this bakery, and this time again I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Despite the late hour, the team took the time to prepare four pizzas for me even though they were sold out. I greatly appreciated this gesture. A big thank you to this young saleswoman for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Her smile and dedication deserve to be highlighted. It's this kind of attention that makes you want to come back. Well done to the whole team!

As a regular customer of this establishment, I must admit I was disappointed by the small amount of filling in my sandwich.

Good products, but they always want to sell us more... a shame.
