I don't know what happened with the baguette recipe, whether it's the one in Mions or the one near Decathlon, your baguettes are terribly hard, enough to strain a muscle! I don't understand what changed, in any case I won't be coming back to you, that's for sure!

The customer journey absolutely needs to change... You arrive, you don't have to queue (which is normal), you want a sandwich, it's at the other counter, the staff go around offering you the different sandwiches, you choose, you want to go back to the queue, but in the meantime, people have moved forward... We're unintentionally cutting in line with each other (customers), we're all pushing our bags along the counter... It's not smooth. We get to the checkout, another person rings us up without really checking what's in our bags... There's something that needs to be done at Marie Blachère stores. The products are great!
