04/08/2026: Good food and friendly staff. We come very often and are always warmly welcomed. One small drawback: since it reopened, we've seen the price of sandwiches skyrocket, and we can no longer eat in because, during the heatwave, the doors are wide open and the heat easily gets in. It's a shame; they could simply close them and turn on the air conditioning. In short, we'll continue to come, but less often than before for the reasons I just mentioned.

04/08/2026: Family Night Out Since Burger King opened in 2020, we haven't been back to this restaurant. This is our first time back in six years. What a disappointment... we stopped going to this McDonald's for the same reasons: Lack of hygiene: tables, floor, and restrooms were poorly cleaned (we noticed the soap dispenser in the restroom had burned out. 🤔) The temperature inside was around 40 degrees Celsius, probably higher... the reason given by an employee: the air conditioning had been broken since June! 🫨 It's unbelievable that such a large chain couldn't find a plumber or refrigeration technician to fix it. No alternative measures were provided for customers, like fans. According to our calculations, 90% of the tables inside were empty. The wait for our order was a bit long. After asking for extra ketchup, the server brought us four small packets for five people! Many customers around us were particularly disappointed. It didn't take us long to realize that we would remain loyal to Burger King under these circumstances. You can only improve... A simple, easy-to-implement solution: ask the server to wash at least one table each time they return, instead of returning empty.

03/08/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience. The restaurant was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Furthermore, there was no air conditioning or ventilation, which made the atmosphere truly unpleasant. The restrooms were also unclean and smelled even worse. Finally, we waited over 20 minutes to be served. Our order was only prepared after we reported the delay. I understand that restaurants can experience busy periods, but this should never come at the expense of hygiene and service quality. I hope these points will be taken into account to improve the experience for future customers.
