Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Le Poinconnet

I really appreciate Marie Blachère products, which is why I'd like to make two suggestions. First, when will you offer a salt-free bread and a rye bread? Many customers would certainly be interested. Second, regarding the in-store experience. I often get the impression that the staff are forced to work very quickly, which gives the impression of an assembly line sales process. As a customer, I would like to have a few moments to look at the products and make my choice without feeling rushed. I understand that the pace can be hectic, but a more relaxed experience would be truly appreciated. Thank you for taking this feedback into account.

I've been a regular customer for many years. Lately, the service has declined, and the cakes are nothing like they used to be. Last week, the raspberry tart was soggy, the apricot tart was uninteresting, and the Tropezienne, usually so good, was disappointing. The flan was nothing special. The brownies are still good. To top it all off, I ordered 16 Marie baguettes, and I only got home with 13! How disappointing!
