Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Le Poinconnet

I've been a regular customer for many years. Lately, the service has declined, and the cakes are nothing like they used to be. Last week, the raspberry tart was soggy, the apricot tart was uninteresting, and the Tropezienne, usually so good, was disappointing. The flan was nothing special. The brownies are still good. To top it all off, I ordered 16 Marie baguettes, and I only got home with 13! How disappointing!

Excellent service, friendly staff, very good product, great welcome

For some time now, I've been buying my bread almost every day at this establishment, and I've noticed that the saleswomen's smiles and welcome are icy. I think a simple "hello" upon entering wouldn't be out of place. Sometimes you have to wait until the saleswomen have finished their conversation before being served. Working in retail myself, I believe that customer service remains an important element for a company's positive image.
