As is often the case, the saleswoman was not punctual, there was a shortage of products from the moment they opened, and the coffee machine was always broken.

Excellent bakery despite the criticisms, which I don't understand at all. A wide selection of products, a super friendly team—a special mention for the tall, slim girl who was very attentive and patient with some customers who were disrespectful. A young, dynamic team, and above all, our baguettes are perfectly crispy.

A clean bakery, always very helpful, good products, special mention to Eva who gives good advice, talks to customers, and is very attentive. Go for it!

Having shopped at Marie Blachère stores in Alsace and elsewhere, this one is the worst I've ever experienced. They're often out of bread, and there's never the same selection of chocolate chip loaves as other bakeries. The selection is very limited, and the shape of the specialty breads has changed to round loaves that are undercooked in the middle, which is understandable given the shape; the baking time isn't right. The cashier refused to cut it, claiming it was too fresh. But honestly, if you go to a bakery, it's for fresh bread. 🙄

Finally, a bakery that offers a filling sandwich! That's all I ask for.

As a long-time customer, I'm a big fan of their specialty breads... And apparently, this bakery has become a place that only sells baguettes, especially on Saturdays. I'm disappointed every Saturday morning... I'll probably stop going.

For once, at 8:15 in the morning, there were no sandwiches, no baguettes, no croissants because there was no baker, and even when there was a baker, only half the products were available…
