02/04/2024: 2 (April 2024, in the evening around 8 p.m.) - the wait is still so long... There were a few people but it wasn't moving that quickly (my phone was able to make an update which didn't last far from 30mins). Otherwise, no error in the order, usual quality and friendly staff. 1 - I order using the app when I go there but even when there are few people, there is a fairly long wait. When there are many, one of the two control terminals on the drive is activated. Once, I was asked to park in a space while my order was made except... I couldn't get out. When I picked up my order, I couldn't move my window forward in front of theirs. Needless to say, the car in front couldn't move forward either, a wave of the hand was enough. The employee didn't want to wait for me to move forward a little and leaned over to give it to me (the nose of my car was in front of the opening, not my window). Of course, I almost dropped the order. And that didn't make the line move any faster.
