A wide selection of products in the display cases, low-waste products (day-old products at reduced prices), a welcoming team, and the opportunity to watch the preparations being made behind the counter. There's also a space for on-site tastings. I definitely recommend it!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Marie Blachère in Albert! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect stop during my visit to the town. A special shoutout to Vilma, who was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful despite my limited French—she truly made me feel at ease and valued as a customer. The pastries were nothing short of amazing, fresh, and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for delicious baked goods and a friendly vibe. I’ll definitely be back!
