I regularly shop at this store where the sales assistants are friendly and the atmosphere is generally pleasant. However, today I felt like I was walking into an oven, the heat inside was so intense. It's shameful to make people work in these conditions.

As a regular customer, I appreciate the range of products offered, the professionalism of the sales team, and the store's accessibility thanks to the parking lot. However, during this prolonged heatwave, I am hesitant to enter the sales area because the window display's exposure to the sun, combined with the heat from the ovens, makes the atmosphere unbearable and particularly unpleasant. I wonder about the impact of such heat on hygiene, the preservation of ingredients and products, and working conditions.

Excellent service, excellent products. They should just separate the production area from the sales area (a glass partition would be nice) and install air conditioning!

The team is fantastic. I always receive a very warm welcome. However, I wish them the best of luck working in such unbearable conditions. The heat in the shop is intolerable. What is management doing about employee well-being and safety?

Bread in various shapes and flours, cakes, pizzas, pastries, etc... Attractive prices. And very friendly staff.

The product, reception, and price were perfect. I'm only taking off one star because of the heat inside and the conditions in which the employees try to do their jobs as best they can.
