On Saturday, June 20, 2026, I went to pick up an order of 30 burger buns that I had placed a few days earlier. I was told it would be available from 1 p.m. I arrived around 2:45 p.m. and was told there was a problem with the buns. "The baker" was supposed to come and explain the situation, but he had already left. His colleagues tried to reach him several times by phone, and he finally answered. He told me he had had a problem with the dough the day before. I learned a few minutes later that he had forgotten to add the yeast to the dough. 👏 What a lack of professionalism! Then I mentioned that I had left my phone number. The salesperson told me that his colleague had tried to call me, but there was no record of a call from my end. He checked the phone's call log, and indeed, the number dialed was incorrect. In short, nothing was right. My husband finally picked up the buns at 7 p.m. They were the wrong size at all—ridiculously small. I am not thanking Marie Blachère Longwy-haut.
