Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Drumettaz-Clarafond

Hello, I live in the countryside and usually buy a batch of four loaves of bread per week and freeze them. No problem, but for the last three months, when I take them out, they're inedible, dry, and fit only for the chickens. What's going on? Is it the change in flour? Or something else...? Thank you for your reply. By the way, the saleswomen are nice...

It's all clean and the bread is so good, and the cakes too! I'm going to see them tomorrow at 2 pm.
