Hello, I live in the countryside and usually buy a batch of four loaves of bread per week and freeze them. No problem, but for the last three months, when I take them out, they're inedible, dry, and fit only for the chickens. What's going on? Is it the change in flour? Or something else...? A visit to Marie Blachère in Drumettaz, and I was very pleased with the quality of the products and especially the excellent welcome and service! The waitresses were very friendly and pleasant, particularly the tall brunette and the tattooed blonde! Thank you for the warm welcome!

As a fan of Marie Balchère, I was happy to have one near my home for everyday use... unfortunately, the friendliness of some of the saleswomen leaves much to be desired... it's a real shame.

25/04/2026: Corporate event for over 120 people (including children). The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive, and energetic. The portions were generous, and the service was top-notch. The team was cool yet professional, and the same goes for the kitchen, where the chef was able to accommodate our various requests and even served hot dishes to almost everyone at once. The DJ created a great atmosphere by adding a short music quiz before the dance party started, and we were able to hire an outside magician who connected to the sound system. We'd do it again in a heartbeat.
