We stopped by for about 20 minutes in the afternoon and grabbed a bite to eat while passing through. It was noticeable that there seemed to be 40-50 locals in the shop at that time, each buying several fresh baguettes. It appears to be a very popular spot. They're constantly making new baguettes.

In my opinion, multigrain baguettes are very good, but you can't find them in every bakery. In Oloron, there aren't any.

Pizza Nostra

08/08/2026: Excellent vegetarian pizza, I highly recommend it. The service is fast (ready in 10 minutes) and the staff are friendly. The crust is thin but the pizza is very large, with a perfectly crispy base. Great value for money!

13/08/2026: Excellent pizzeria where we enjoyed delicious wood-fired pizzas with a very thin and crispy crust! The desserts were also very good! The café liégeois was excellent and generous, with delicious whipped cream and coffee sauce (one of the best I've had in a restaurant!) 😋 The staff is very friendly! Highly recommended! Special mention: one of the only restaurants open in Oloron Sainte Marie on a Wednesday evening…!
