Hello, I have no complaints about the products, but the service... clearly needs improvement for some! No smiles, no greeting, barely any conversation – it's a shame, it's not good for sales.

Over time I have noticed that the quality of the bread is not what it used to be, especially for country bread which is no longer risen and less well cooked and whose volume, like that of Marie baguettes, has been greatly reduced.

I don't understand these negative reviews. I've always been greeted with a smile. The products are good and the prices very reasonable. And as for the cleanliness of the shop, I find this criticism completely unjustified.

A customer since they opened. Always a very friendly welcome from everyone. A smile is always guaranteed. The bread is consistently high quality. The place is welcoming. Highly recommended :)

29/03/2026: The people who made my burger were excellent. It was buss. Beautifully crafted and stacked tall. Fresh patty and all.
24/03/2026: Management changed, they prevented me from eating their peanuts while I was waiting : the Five guys spirit has been lost. Previous review : The best burgers in Lille. European five guys prices are higher than in the US, but other high-end burger places in Lille are also not cheap and have much greasier burgers.
