05/04/2024: We stopped at Estive completely by chance. A pleasant welcome despite the late hour.
A careful setting and decoration.
Excellent, homemade cuisine. The soft white is a treat, as are the tartare, pluma and desserts.
A very pleasant discovery. Too bad we live so far away.

Very good salad, too bad the Tomme de l'Ubaye was missing. Homemade Tourton and very good.
Indeed, the lady at the reception and waitress is not very friendly or even aggressive.
You have to hold on so as not to answer her as badly as she speaks. Very good restaurant

Delicious Goat Cheese Burger/Tapenade & the best brownie I've eaten in 50 years...sincerely!
Everything is homemade, we had a great time.

I had a seafood stew with mussels and 3 prawns, no clams or other shellfish

They have become too rich...

Expensive non-alcoholic cocktail for what it is.
Very good semolina, correct sauce however these are not real kofta meatballs but simple minced meatballs without parsley or onion etc. in short, simple minced meatballs, too bad for the price which is a little high.
On the other hand, for the people who come for the tagine, according to those close to me, this seems to be their specialty.

The restaurant is dilapidated, moderately clean and lacks soul.
We took the royal couscous, the semolina is good but the juice and vegetables lacked spice and taste.
The meatballs were dry and tasteless.
Damage…
01/03/2024: Always a very good couscous at Restaurant le Bleu with a great quality/quantity/price ratio. We will return there even with our 45min drive. Special mention for the lamb which was succulent. 😋 I’m not even talking to you about the makroute 😛

24/03/2024: Very good address to get delivered, very friendly. The prices are very affordable for the daily specials and I think that many of us would be ready to pay extra (€2/3?) to have more proteins and less starchy foods (rice, etc.). I also find the price/quantity ratio less interesting on pies and salads (except fresh bowl well placed!).
