However, certain points could be improved. Team management, once more warm and friendly, seems to have lost its dynamic. Additionally, flour quality has declined, and pastries have become excessively sweet, affecting customer experience.
Regarding the diversity of the teams, it is regrettable to note that within the various Marie Blachère boutiques visited, there are few men in sales positions. They often find themselves in the back of the shop, making great efforts in sometimes stressful conditions. It would be wise for general management to carry out regular monitoring in stores in order to objectively evaluate working conditions and guarantee better treatment of employees.
Through an exchange with the staff Adriano, Nacera, Leilou I was able to see their sympathy and above all their involvement in this profession serving the customer's needs.
