16/06/2024: Antonia and Russell are the perfect husband/wife combo. Antonia is an excellent hostess and the food is high quality produce cooked very well, without any unnecessary faff. Wine pairings are spot on. Recommend.

08/07/2024: Just around the corner from our AirBnB, Le 46 provided a highlight meal during our stay in Avignon and, indeed, France. The food was uniformly excellent, starting with a surprise amuse bouche. A great local wine, and incredibly friendly but unobtrusive service meant that, on just our second night, the food bar had been set very high!

03/07/2024: Amazing wine list, kind and welcoming staff, and some truly delightful dishes. The wines by the glass are extensive and of the highest quality. Wines by the bottle are fairly price. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to make recommendations. Flavors are fresh and dishes are made to perfection. This is truly a gem of a restaurant / wine bar. We came back multiple times during our trip to Avignon and forgot to grab pictures because it was so enjoyable.

09/07/2024: Excellent little place near the centre, abundant and tasty dishes at very honest prices, very kind and helpful staff, I would go back to try the typical dishes they sometimes make.

06/07/2024: Disposant d’une heure avant de prendre mon train j’ai déjeuné en terrasse. Service souriant et efficace. Des plats de toute fraîcheur proposés au menu à un prix très abordable malgré la période du festival. Pause très agréable.

15/07/2024: Si vous avez le temps, vous pouvez y aller sans restriction. Les plats sont savoureux, l'acceuil est symptahique. En revanche, si vous aves des contraintes de temps (dans le cadre du festival, par ex), passez votre chemin. Arrivés dans les premiers à 19h, à 20h30 nous n'étions toujours pas servis ! Nous avons manqué le spectacle que nous avions résérvé. IL n'y a meme pas au de geste commercial, alors qu'ils nous ont indiqué qu'il ya avait eu un loupé en cuisine ...

09/03/2024: The main dishes had great flavor. We had the pork belly and salmon. Reasons stars were deducted: entree was fine, nothing super special. Atmosphere is ok, again nothing special. The mains were really good though so if you want an easy, good dinner for a decent price then you should go.

26/06/2024: We had an absolutely wonderful evening! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were both professional and friendly throughout the evening. Thank you for the little candle and the nice music :) In summary, we highly recommend L'Ardoise to anyone looking to have a great evening with quality cuisine and impeccable service. We will definitely return!

06/07/2024: A welcoming place just like its staff. And the food is absolutely delicious!

15/07/2024: But where did the 75 go? Despite the pretty, enchanting setting of this beautiful courtyard shaded by large trees, despite the polite and attentive service of a team of dedicated and caring young servers, the kitchen at 75 gives way to a great emptiness. The flavors are gone. over the years and yet the prices of dishes have risen significantly during this time. What to think of a plate that is gourmet in name only, with minimalist quantities and yet offered at 22 euros. I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years and it was for us, a great gourmet stopover and a relaxing stop to recover from the frantic pace of the Avignon festival, at lunchtime or in the evening. We'll go somewhere else to recharge our batteries from now on.

15/07/2024: The dishes are well executed and at reasonable prices. The setting is very pleasant: the outdoor tables are away from the hustle and bustle of the street in a green garden. The little extra thing: the service is very fast, ideal restaurant before going to see a play in the neighborhood.

13/07/2024: We wanted to eat somewhere with some French food and the truth is that we were delighted. We ordered the mussels (mousles), st. Marcellin (French Saint Marcellin cheese from the brie family) and a dish with meat that came accompanied by French fries, roasted tomato, roasted pepper, roasted potatoes and a delicious sauce. The food was exquisite and the service was very good. I recommend it 100%

27/06/2024: The main guy who sat us was super nice and fun. The food was phenomenal. We have a very American eater on our trip so she has practically tried all the burgers in Provence and she says that this one is the best. We all tried a little and agree it was truly phenomenal. Very calm and chill atmosphere too.
