The cuisine is known and very correct. However, the waitresses are from another world due to their rudeness and very unpleasant way of speaking. A little education in their training would be welcome...I was amazed
Croissants are nothing like great art compared to those I knew in Bédarieux (34) and Taverny (95). Very friendly staff in Châlon (which is not the case in Taverny). You should indicate the direction of the queue to move around and avoid everyone being crowded at the entrance to the store. I didn't find the store very welcoming. The cornbread is very good, as for the express coffee I should have asked for a long one because when measuring the quantity in the cup, it does not exceed 2 centimeters. The store has tables outside for seated consumption and that's pretty good provided it doesn't rain of course because nothing is planned to shelter the customers. All this is still worth the average
Breads excellent the same day afterwards....and then the saleswomen in numbers but not very eager to serve you too busy chatting....too bad they waited during this time ⌛
