The products are high quality and meet the expectations of a Marie Blachère customer. I was very satisfied with my purchase of two vanilla cookies, and especially with the warm welcome and service from one of the sales assistants. She was very kind and informed us about the various offers available at the store. So thank you to Coralie for her warm welcome!
The bread was very good, however, I went to get a panini last Wednesday. The waitress was very unfriendly, clearly unhappy to be there, and when I bit into my panini, I realized that the plastic between the slices of prosciutto hadn't been removed! It's easy to remove in a hot panini. Not checking this is unacceptable.
A very good experience, as the sales assistants are very attentive and helpful, no mood swings or anything like that, unlike towards the ZUP (priority urban zone), just that one young, lethargic blonde! She needs a good shake-up! 🫨 And she's not smiling at all, she looks constipated! Otherwise, apart from the woman in her forties and a young woman with a thin brown ponytail, she's the only one who actually works. The rest are smiling, welcoming, and great... Where are they? But above all, they're lethargic!
