It's a shame the bread is served without tongs; the cashier handles the bread, which isn't very nice and rather risky for the customer. Personally, I find it very disrespectful. It's sad to treat customers like that.
In keeping with the franchise, I'm deducting one star because the entrance direction is poorly signposted. Normally, you enter through your own doorstep... but no, you have to go through your neighbor's. So you waste a lot of time during busy periods.
A perfect welcome, very friendly and competent staff, a very well-run bakery, and especially a fantastic duo (Hajer and Cherifa) who always work in good spirits and complement each other perfectly, even during busy periods everything runs flawlessly. There's a really great atmosphere among all the staff and their manager, who is also excellent and attentive to the staff. Bravo!
