As a family customer, I've noticed the extremely inconsistent quality of their bread. Recently, their ancient grain bread was truly disappointing. It was very undercooked, with a dense, stifling crumb that barely had any air. Not long ago, the quality was more than satisfactory. It seems your bakers change frequently, going from good to bad.
