Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Carvin

I can't find any better in Carvin regarding bread (Nordic, ancient cereals or multi-cereals), baguettes and pastries...just sometimes, the cooking is a little hot...but anyone who has already made bread can tell me that this has never happened to him...Besides, given the choice, (except at the end of the day), we always find to compromise between the offer and his taste. Staff generally charming and helpful.

Very friendly welcome, quality which is always there. This is a very safe address for bakery and pastry products. I recommend this particular point of sale having never been disappointed. However, if the sandwiches are varied and of quality, the hot snacks could be improved (presentation, garnish). Finally, pastries would benefit considerably from being treated in a traditional way, I am thinking in particular of croissants which are annoying with their carotenoid butter. Overall I maintain the well-deserved 4 stars. Can do even better!

Top bakery, to be a regular customer as a catering professional. Product quality and always attentive to its customers, in particular Audrey who demonstrates great professionalism when taking orders, monitoring them and collecting delivery.

Goat cheese pizza taken to go with pre-order in the morning. We had asked for pre-cooked, it was finally ready to cook, but the result after customizing with a little chopped tomatoes, chives, baking in a very hot oven for around ten minutes to finish cooking, it was perfect!

The staff is super pleasant, always with a smile, quality service and really good products, I highly recommend!

I stopped by on Tuesday the 19th at 2 p.m., what a warm and pleasant welcome! Well done to the team!
