14/06/2024: Want to thank everyone at the Auberge for making my birthday so special. They catered for all our needs, explaining the menu and the wine. The food was amazing.

14/06/2024: Eric and his wife looked after our table of 9. Our 3 course meals were fantastic and most of us ordered food we had not eaten before. Exceptional quality and lovely atmosphere - would definitely go again. Thanks Eric!

28/05/2024: First time in this establishment, and we will come back very often. Excellent starter, main course, dessert. Irish Coffee very well made and well dosed, a rare thing. The staff are very endearing.

18/07/2024: Un bon souvenir lors de notre première passage en 2023, malheureusement ce n’a pas été doublé. Menu bistrot à 35€ entree fêta agréable, cochon trop gras, trop de sauce, présentation banale, fromage ( 4 bouts de fromage identique, et mousse chocolat caramel pas agréable, pas pu la finir. Un accueil agréable de la part d aline malgré tout. Pas assez de personnel, le serveur ralait sans cesse des conditions de travail du soir, service vite expédié Nous sommes déçus . Je ne pense pas y revenir. C’est dommage

17/07/2024: Service extrêmement décevant !! Personnel ne connaît ni la carte ni les vins ! Notre plat tout juste terminé le vin qui accompagne n’était toujours pas servi !!!! Un service qui n’est pas à la hauteur de ce restaurant. Très décevant. Le serveur nous sert les vins mais ne connaît même pas quel plat ont été choisi !!!!! Ils n’ont aucune connaissance en vin, ne savent absolument pas ce qu’ils servent même pour la carte!!!!! Extrêmement déçus, nous étions si attachés à cet établissement auparavant ! Pas près de revenir, à moins de retrouver du personnel qualifié en salle !!!! Triste de voir un tel établissement avec un personnel en salle non qualifié, froid, et avec un manque de professionnalisme !!! Très très décevant

07/07/2024: We took advantage of our visit to Nausicaa at the end of June to come and dine in this restaurant. We were so impressed that we came back the next evening. The concept of this restaurant was developed with great intelligence. Nothing is ordinary, everything is very careful, from the selection of natural and local products to the development of extremely inventive recipes. Even in the toilets, everything has been thought of, from the liquid soap, to the hand cream or the small individual cloth towels. Bravo and thank you for your kindness and your talent.

06/07/2024: Excellent pizza as always, quality dough and ingredients and original flavors. Unrivaled in Boulogne. Owner always attentive, we were even testers of homemade ice creams which should soon appear on the menu. The desserts are also fabulous (special mention to the tiramusu).

13/07/2024: Quel bonheur de retrouver cette bonne table à la Marie Galante, équipe accueillante et très agréable, menu divin, plats délicieux (mention très spéciale pour les couteaux à l'ail en entrée). Une pause très gourmande que nous recommandons vivement. Pensez à réserver (surtout le week-end car l'adresse est connue et reconnue)
