I ordered two Tropézienne tarts, which were as delicious as ever, and a tart plus baguettes on Thursday evening, to be picked up the next day at 1 p.m. The order was forgotten 😱 but the manager's responsiveness was fantastic 👍 and she even gave me my chouquette order for free. I've been a customer for several years. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I have to admit that lately, the bread quality hasn't been up to par. The ancient grain bread is a disaster; it's inconsistent and impossible to slice. Furthermore, I must say that one of the saleswomen was very unfriendly, condescending, and spoke to me aggressively. I'd like to tell this woman (the one who worked there on Tuesday morning, November 25, 2025) that if she's not happy with her job, she should find another one!
