I like it, especially with the good selection of breads! But the heat is unbearable; I can't imagine what it must be like for the employees. It would be great to install air conditioning because it's unbearable! In any case, the staff are very friendly and remain stoic despite everything, but something urgently needs to be done about it. 😒

A visit to the Marie Blachère bakery in Colmar, next to Boulanger, revealed an almost unbearable heat inside the shop. The most worrying aspect, however, is the staff, who appear to be working in extremely difficult conditions. I hope measures will be taken quickly to improve the temperature inside.
