A shame, on August 28, 2024 at 7:10 p.m., we took bread in plastic boxes marked less than 50%, the waitress told us to come by at 7:30 p.m., of course at closing, false advertising for the last 30 minutes, well done

What time does your bakery close? Google says 7:30 p.m. If this is indeed the case, why did the saleswoman tell us that the 50% off on products was from 7:30 p.m. when it was supposed to be in effect 30 minutes before closing? It was 7:20 a.m. and we paid the daily price for bread...

Perfect welcome, saleswoman always smiling and pleasant. I come daily for my bread as well as pastries. I had the big chocolate donuts today, a pure marvel 🤩.

Hello, Marie Blachère Châteaurenard is less and less efficient, the employees are tense and are not very cheerful, the wait between noon and two is often long while at this time it is rather calm, I noticed that some people are no longer there or I hope on vacation because efficiency has deteriorated since the beginning of the year, the company's headquarters being next door this store should be an example for all the others. The staff sometimes seems to be running but disperse and forget the essentials of commerce, availability, smiles and efficiency. Cdt
