28/08/2026: I finally discovered this welcoming place. Spacious room on the first floor, bright and clean. Simple decor, but with beautiful images of the Camargue, bullfighting, and agriculture. Welcoming staff, authentic cuisine. Excellent value for money.
18/08/2026: We had a delicious meal here; it is a restaurant where the locals also love to come. The menu is limited, but there is something for everyone and the quality is very good! You really get value for money here and we highly recommend this restaurant! Super friendly service and the food was top-notch!

19/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome and excellent service at Mas de l'Échanson. We preferred to eat inside because of the air conditioning, but there is also a lovely terrace. We had a very good meal. We highly recommend this establishment; it's well worth a visit. Thank you to the whole team!
02/08/2026: We got married yesterday at Mas de l'Echanson, and we have absolutely no regrets! We had a secular ceremony under the trees, and we were ALL in the shade, a real bonus in this heat. Everything was perfect! Everyone ate very well (the appetizers, the meal, and especially the cake). The staff is so kind and attentive. And the real bonus was being able to leave the decorations the day before; Stéphanie set everything up. Being a very anxious person, this took a huge weight off my shoulders! Thanks to that, I slept soundly the night before the wedding! And we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest. Thank you again for everything; you can book with complete confidence!!!

25/08/2026: Saturday evening, August 23, 2026, at first glance we thought it was a great find, nice setting, pleasant music... but the service was disorganized. We had to go inside to get the menu ourselves because we'd been seated for 15 minutes and nothing had arrived. We ordered ceviche as the daily special, plus dessert and a bottle of rosé... and ended up with food poisoning... diarrhea and vomiting 🤒🤒🤒🤒🤒

02/02/2026: I celebrated my daughter's birthday there and had a very pleasant surprise. The service was excellent and the staff very patient with the children. We were 16 and very satisfied. I highly recommend it, and my daughter and I will definitely be back.

09/06/2026: Everything was very good and the food was delicious. The only slight drawback was the feeling that smoking had occurred or still occurs inside the establishment in the past, which isn't always pleasant for non-smokers.
Otherwise, the service was good and the place was clean.
I recommend it.
08/06/2026: Unacceptable! The owner smokes behind the bar. I do not recommend this restaurant. Lack of hygiene and professionalism. It's very noisy and unpleasant. It was a chance discovery, one visit but never again.

10/06/2026: My colleagues and I (eight people in total) ate at this establishment, and the experience was a disaster from beginning to end. Each of us ordered a different dish, yet we all felt ill afterward.
Between finding a piece of string in one of the dishes, ingredients that didn't even match the advertised recipe, a fly in the desserts, and a cook working with a cigarette in his mouth in the kitchen, it's simply outrageous!
Such a level of negligence and lack of hygiene is completely unacceptable. We left shocked and disgusted by what we saw and ate. It's inadmissible for a restaurant to operate under such conditions.
10/06/2026: Lunchtime, I ordered the buffet with an omelet, but I ended up with onions in the omelet, which wasn't listed on the menu. The owner still charged me even though I hadn't eaten anything. I did get a €3 discount, and to top it all off, everyone who ate with me that lunchtime—eight people from my company—got sick.
P.S.: You have to like flies because they're part of the tasteless dishes.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

The bread and pastries are perfect.
Attractive prices: e.g., 1 coffee + 1 pastry for €1.95.
You can also create your own salad and enjoy sandwiches.
The staff is very welcoming.
In particular, Charly, a real driving force, is always smiling, incredibly energetic, and has a powerful dynamism that inspires all the saleswomen.
As for the decor, it's brand new.
20/08/2026: I went back to this bakery after the renovations. The hygiene was appalling: the waitress, with her long fingernails, wasn't wearing gloves, didn't use tongs, and picked up the strawberry tartlet with her bare fingers. When you touch the money and then the food, it's truly disgusting! A health inspection is recommended!
