A very friendly team with a great atmosphere, always a smile and a joke. Their traditional bread is of excellent quality, probably the best in the area. Keep up the good work, see you soon!

The bakery and pastry shop at the castle is surely the best in Gaillon. The welcome is warm and their pastries are to die for; I highly recommend it.

It's always such a pleasure to come to this bakery. My goal was to buy their fabulous Paris-Brest, which is absolutely divine. I highly recommend this place.

19/06/2026: Amazing restaurant! My partner had already been there for work a few years ago, and since we were right next door, we took the opportunity to have lunch there. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the atmosphere, the very kind and welcoming owner who clearly knows his stuff, the simply wonderful food with sublime flavors. Plus, there are only a few tables, so it's quiet and very pleasant.
