An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was a discovery—beautifully crafted, full of surprising flavours and textures that complemented each other perfectly. Each course brought something new to the table, making the meal both exciting and memorable. The service was equally outstanding. The staff were attentive, genuinely kind, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. A special mention goes to the wine recommendation, which was simply impeccable and elevated the entire experience. Erso is one of those rare places where culinary creativity, hospitality, and atmosphere come together seamlessly. We left delighted and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Great team, excellent quality and presentation, nice place

A small restaurant on Rue Saint Ambroise, with a rather neutral, even impersonal, decor. The service was very attentive and helpful; the waitresses explained the menu clearly at the beginning. The dishes were very flavorful and original in their combinations, but the wine was very expensive by the glass considering the portion size. I'm only giving it 4 stars for the food because the plates weren't very full; if you're really hungry, this isn't the place for you. That's the only downside: the small portion sizes. We still had a good evening, though!

Casual place. Came as a group. High Google ratings. By now, had eaten at close to 20 restaurants in a week so comparisons were inevitable. A good place to hang out, that’s the casual part. I’m more interested in the food. The monkfish was excellent. The beef tartare was over seasoned. The chicken roulette had a very salty green vegetable sauce and the morels were clearly tasteless of mushroom flavour. The group shared 3 varieties of desserts. Not bad. Wouldn’t come here just to eat but would drop by if around the area

The service was impeccable; the waitresses were very knowledgeable about both the food and wine menus. They were polite, smiling, and welcoming. The food was very good, but my dish was served almost cold, which was a shame because it tasted delicious! Another minor drawback was that, despite being seated inside (albeit near the window), specifically to avoid unpleasant smells (cigarettes, sewage, exhaust fumes, etc.), there were frequent odors of cigarettes and sewage, which must have been coming through the window vents. Aside from these small issues, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the food and service are well worth it!

A wonderful discovery at Erso! Modern, precise, and exquisitely refined cuisine. The dishes are elegant, the cooking perfectly executed, and the flavor combinations spot-on. Special mention goes to the perfectly cooked fish and the minimalist yet sophisticated presentation. The atmosphere at the counter adds a real bonus, allowing you to watch the team at work, not to mention the open kitchen which adds to its charm. The starter/main course/dessert menu is €32, and the starter/main course or main course/dessert menu is €25. A contemporary gastronomic destination that is well worth a visit.
