A superb discovery! Everything was absolutely delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert, with truly divine dishes and perfectly executed flavor combinations. We dined at the counter, right in front of the kitchen, which made the experience even more enjoyable: we fully appreciated the show, the team's expertise, and the friendly atmosphere in the dining room. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this wonderful experience, as delicious as it was welcoming. We enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and will definitely be back!

A sure bet!! We're always delighted every time we go. The food is fresh, colorful, and perfectly seasoned; we always enjoy it, no matter what's on the menu. The tableware is beautiful, all the servers are lovely, and the service is discreet and efficient. The lunch menu is perfect: the value for money is simply excellent! A must-visit in the neighborhood.

It was on my to-do list of restaurants to try! And wow! Wonderful…dishes worthy of a Michelin star…with boldness, originality, precision, all seasonal and as local as possible. It's great to see chefs creating superb and affordable cuisine.

How lucky to have this new restaurant so close to home! I love being surprised by unexpected textures and flavors while still respecting the ingredients, like the hake I had for lunch today, for example. It was beautiful, fresh, and delicious! And all in a very pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is very open, but the chefs and staff have a knack for working in a discreetly cheerful manner. I was welcomed with kindness and attention to my dietary restrictions: gluten, egg whites, and almonds, so I was able to enjoy a delicious dessert! Two years after this review, I'd like to add these few words: Erso is simply my favorite restaurant. I come regularly and am always amazed. What I particularly appreciate is the inventiveness and creativity in the composition of the condiments, which allow for different and surprising combinations during the tasting, and that's what transports me and what I love. Two years later, everyone is still just as lovely. Thank you to the whole team!
