It was on my to-do list of restaurants to try! And wow! Wonderful…dishes worthy of a Michelin star…with boldness, originality, precision, all seasonal and as local as possible. It's great to see chefs creating superb and affordable cuisine.

How lucky to have this new restaurant so close to home! I love being surprised by unexpected textures and flavors while still respecting the ingredients, like the hake I had for lunch today, for example. It was beautiful, fresh, and delicious! And all in a very pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is very open, but the chefs and staff have a knack for working in a discreetly cheerful manner. I was welcomed with kindness and attention to my dietary restrictions: gluten, egg whites, and almonds, so I was able to enjoy a delicious dessert! Two years after this review, I'd like to add these few words: Erso is simply my favorite restaurant. I come regularly and am always amazed. What I particularly appreciate is the inventiveness and creativity in the composition of the condiments, which allow for different and surprising combinations during the tasting, and that's what transports me and what I love. Two years later, everyone is still just as lovely. Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent across everything from service to the food. A hidden gem in Paris!

A lovely spot in a quiet neighborhood. The restaurant was clean, the welcome warm, and the wine list enticing! The service was discreet and efficient. We opted for the lunch menu. Excellent value for money. Fresh ingredients, a beautiful open kitchen. All the dishes were perfect and very well seasoned. The B d’N de Fleury Champagne was excellent! Thank you!

Very good restaurant, with carefully prepared and high-quality dishes. The waitresses were pleasant, but the service was slow. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for a starter and main course. We rushed to finish our meals so we could leave, and when it came time to pay, we pointed out the slow service. We were told it was our fault, that we should have signaled during the meal to be served more quickly... unbelievable! As a result, we didn't get to try the desserts, which was a shame, as they looked delicious.

It's good, it's delicious. The service is friendly. Refined cuisine at reasonable prices. I've been back several times; this lunchtime in mid-July, the cold dishes were not only good, but also well-chosen.

A lunch or dinner at Erso guarantees surprising discoveries on your plate. With each visit, the magic happens. The menu evolves with the seasons, but that's not all. It always holds delightful surprises. Intentionally concise, it will satisfy even the most discerning palates. The staff is friendly, attentive, and meticulous. As for the chef, he demonstrates absolute mastery of his art, with dishes that are as creative as they are perfectly executed. An address to discover… then rediscover… and then rediscover again…

I've been to Erso three times already, and each time it's been a wonderful experience. From the seasonal cuisine to the precise cooking, the magical flavor combinations, and the excellent wine list, the service is always warm and welcoming.
