16/03/2026: These organic dairy farmers, raising both cows and goats, have turned their passion into a frozen treat, and what can I say except that it's absolutely divine! 100% homemade farm-made ice cream showcasing local ingredients. It's become a must-try every time I stop by! You can choose any flavor; they're all delicious. The best way to enjoy them is to mix classic flavors with local ingredients. I have a particular fondness for the goat's milk ice cream, which adds a really nice touch. Honey from the Causse region, Quercy walnuts, banana, and even cookie are amazing. As for the price, what can I say? I'd say it's justified, considering the quality, the organic label, the production process, and the value placed on the farm. However, I have noticed price fluctuations depending on the season (which is much less appealing). Enjoy it any time of year, but especially off-season. It's available almost year-round, for eating in or taking away.

30/10/2025: All natural and with very little sugar, which is appreciated because it's not cloying at all. Goats and horses roam around, all local.

23/03/2026: Our 4th visit to Le Gindreau, Chef Pascal Bardet has immense talent, extremely creative and passionate about local in season produce. We had fantastic food and wine served by a very professional team. Chef Bardet changes the menu depending on the season, so you have a great excuse to keep coming back and try newly created delicious dishes. In the Michelin star world, Le Gindreau is a fantastic choice, reasonably priced, warm staff and a great location (exceptional when you can eat outside). Keep up the good work Team Gindreau.

06/03/2026: We were just passing through the village for the weekend. The products were of good quality and the service was friendly. No complaints about the welcome.

03/03/2026: A fantastic spot for a light lunch, with a wide variety of quality breads and pastries. We live in the area and it's one of our favorite bakeries. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is beautiful, near the castle and the River Célé. We always stop there on our bike rides.

08/03/2026: Last night, the locals had organized a "couscous" evening, and needless to say, we were there. We enjoyed a generous portion of couscous with three kinds of meat. The meats were delicious, the semolina was prepared with just the right amount of spices, and to finish, there was a Pavlova, a light and refreshing dessert with red berries, grapefruit, and whipped cream, all on a meringue base – the perfect way to end a good meal.

26/03/2026: Really nice and delicious vegetarian restaurant! We stayed 3 days in Cahors and ate here every day. We arrived early luckily because we hadn’t booked and it did fill up quickly. It’s quite difficult to find vegetarian restaurants in France but this was definitely one of the best 😍 Very reasonably priced and interesting flavours! We’ll definitely go back if we’re ever in Cahors again 😋😅

22/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! The portions were incredibly generous and delicious. Despite visiting the village off-season and the restaurant being open, we didn't arrive super early, but no problem, we still found a table. Something for everyone, reasonably priced, and the waiter was excellent. Enjoy the sunshine on the terrace.

18/01/2026: We came on a Sunday at lunchtime to celebrate a birthday and received a very warm welcome, as usual. A seat by the fireplace was more than pleasant 😀 The homemade cuisine is excellent and refined. Special mention for the meat, which is of exceptional quality. I recommend it 200%! I can't wait for summer to enjoy the terrace 🥰
