The flower bar is one of the best places in Rouen to go to, Aurélien and his team are warm and welcoming! I sincerely recommend this bar, regardless of age, regardless of who you hang out with, it’s an exceptional bar

The establishment loses its shape a little from year to year, but nevertheless remains an efficient and well-placed place to eat. I know that inflation affects everyone and that controlling your margins in such a context is essential, but you cannot reduce the quantity and quality of products while increasing prices, you have to choose. However, no big disappointment, we still eat well there.

09/01/2026: I really enjoyed this restaurant. The cheese and charcuterie board was generous, featuring quality products, and the terrace setting is idyllic when the weather is sunny. The focaccia was also exquisite! I highly recommend it! I will definitely be back 😊
26/12/2025: Very nice ambiance and a very friendly host. The food was good, except for maybe the fries, which were too soggy for my liking. The brioche perdue was just finger licking good.

20/04/2025: We went to this restaurant a few weeks ago with my team and frankly, for a lunch, everything was perfect. In terms of organization, the L'Ardoise team was very accommodating and agreed to send us the menu in advance so that we could make our choice and submit it to them so that the meal could be prepared on time. The prices are ultra competitive: concretely, Main course + dessert + drink + free coffee = €14.50. Perfect for the budget and in particular in this area of ​​Rouen which sometimes tends to raise prices easily. Certainly, the choices are limited, but that's not bad (in general, few dishes on a menu = guaranteed freshness ++ on the plate, which is the case here). The bagel is notably served with homemade soup as well as a small salad and for dessert, there are quite a few choices. Speed, seriousness, freshness, simple and effective. If you want to eat lunch in Rouen or for a meal with colleagues, I highly recommend L'Ardoise!
