Mixed experience. I was really looking forward to trying their Milanese veal cutlet with "homemade" fries. The cutlet was swimming in tomato sauce (which wasn't listed on the menu), making the breading soggy, and the meat itself wasn't great. The fries weren't homemade at all. The service was friendly, in a bistro style.

Our go-to brasserie for lunch every day for years: excellent food, a friendly and attentive staff. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it. ☺️

18/08/2026: Great experience at Courtepaille. The meats grilled over a wood fire in the central fireplace are always excellent and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, perfect for a meal with family or friends. The service is quick and welcoming, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it. M.J★
