Arriving during the lunch rush, we were able to get a table for two inside due to the uncertain weather. Our order was forgotten, but luckily we had time. As compensation, we were offered an aperitif and coffee. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the mussels marinière and the mussels with Camembert.

We arrived late, and the kitchen had just closed. The owner greeted us with a smile, clearly worried for us. In 30 seconds, she offered us a perfect salad. A delicious cake for dessert and coffee. Thank you.

Lunch was delicious, with the daily special being andouille sausage steaks with Camembert sauce and fries 👌. The staff were very pleasant and the prices were very reasonable. I recommend it.

Four people from Marseille, visiting this extraordinary region steeped in history, stumbled upon this brasserie where we had a wonderful time. Hotel de Normandie Restaurant

02/05/2026: We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hôtel de Normandie! We were traveling by bike and were able to leave our bikes inside. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. And we were even upgraded to a room with a sea view. We didn't try the restaurant. Despite the negative reviews (about the restaurant), go for the hotel!
29/04/2026: A perfect day trip, welcoming staff, and a vast beach steeped in history. I highly recommend it; the restaurant is also excellent!
