Friendly, we eat very well there

For 20 years, this little, no-frills restaurant has been my haunt, and each visit is a pure pleasure. But what a heartbreaking spectacle to see these tourists pouting, as if they were expecting to discover a three-star hotel lost at the end of the road! A word of advice for lovers of linen tablecloths and silver cutlery: go a hundred kilometers further to La Bonne Etape in Château-Arnoux, it’s not here that you will find them. I also recommend this place to those who can wait more than five minutes without swooning. Here, we are in the true, the authentic, without the artifices. For those who find the wait unbearable, I have a simple solution: order a bottle of wine, then another if the time still seems long. No, it's not Burgundy but it's worth a try and after a few glasses you'll be too relaxed to complain about it. And if five more minutes at the table leaves you in a cold sweat, perhaps quick service is more suited to your culinary expectations. A word of advice: come in good company. If you can't hold a conversation to pass the time, you have no business being in a restaurant. Let's talk about the cuisine: generous, tasty and unpretentious. But it seems that some delicate stomachs, accustomed to portions of sparrow served on slates, have lost the habit of appreciating good things. If you're looking for "haute couture" style plates, change streets. Here, we serve real food, dishes that fit the body, and above all, that taste. So, to the eternal complainers, I say: move on, you are not in the right place. As for the true epicureans, those who know what it means to “live well”, make yourself comfortable, fill your glasses, and let yourself be carried away by this little corner of paradise. Here, we know what matters: eat well, drink well, and enjoy without worrying!

Simple and hearty cuisine. A dynamic and efficient waitress. The only weak point is the state of the toilets. The stairs to get there are particularly dirty, which raises questions about overall hygiene.

Passing by. A great welcome from the waitress as well as throughout the service. We were not disappointed with the daily menu of pizzas and burgers. I recommend this brewery! Negative point toilet to review!

Very good food, very pleasant restaurant, and well located... Downside the service, pleasant staff but lack of organization and operation... I ordered 3 times and did not receive the last order.... too bad for the company, loss of figures...

Excited boss, on spring!!... Accepts too many customers: avoid going there on a night market evening. 1h30 wait to have our 6 dishes!!!! My vegan burger was tasteless: still frozen vegetable patty, bland eggplant. Plates well presented overall, the other guests were satisfied with their dishes. Well done to the smiling and professional waitresses.
