The platter of thinly sliced charcuterie is always a big hit and a wonderful accompaniment to our winter raclettes and summer aperitifs 😁 On Saturday mornings at the Joigny market, I love to grab a small tray of scamorza and smoked ham lasagna; they're so delicious 😋
