Brasserie du Centre sur Aunay-Sur-Odon

New to the city, we're trying out the restaurants. We received a very warm welcome from a very friendly and pleasant waitress. The daily special was decent (the tongue was a little overcooked for my taste). One major drawback... The attitude of the owner (I believe he is the owner) towards his staff. It's inconceivable for customers to hear the owner speaking so disrespectfully from the kitchen to his servers, who, in my opinion, are doing their best, running around everywhere but still managing to smile and remain friendly towards the customers (despite their red eyes). What a shame!

The young waiter was very helpful, the owner very welcoming, and the food excellent. You get your money's worth.

Following my daughter's wedding and a cousin's birthday, we are very satisfied. Impeccable service, well done to Laurent and his entire team!

Excellent experience. Smiling and welcoming staff. The portions are very generous, beautifully presented, and the price is quite reasonable. We'll definitely keep this address in mind and will gladly return on another trip to Normandy. Congratulations to the whole team.
