I only came for a drink and left with a Vosges salad in my stomach. While drinking, I smelled the vinaigrette and bacon, and I thought I had to try it. I gave in to temptation without regret; besides being delicious, the prices are reasonable considering the portion size, and the staff are very friendly.

Welcoming a group of 11 people without a reservation for dinner, with smiles and good cheer, not to mention the quality of the food, leaving us delighted from beginning to end – that's what I call a truly excellent restaurant! I highly recommend it!

A warm welcome and excellent cuisine. Don't miss the pâté en croûte (the chef won first prize in France), the "Caremenbon" (a delightful surprise), and the blueberry dessert. In short, an excellent restaurant.

As residents of Épinal, we had never eaten at Le Commerce before, though we usually just came for drinks. 🍻 What a wonderful discovery: fresh ingredients, excellent dishes, and truly warm service. Prices are similar to other restaurants in Épinal, with the added bonus of a lovely terrace on Place des Vosges. A great place to stop for a meal. 🍽️😋

14/01/2026: The welcome was pleasant, but the service was a bit slow (40 minutes for the first course) and the dishes were disappointing, dry and the meat tough. We won't be back.
