Absolutely flawless! The food is fresh and perfectly balanced in flavor, and the waiter is incredibly welcoming. A truly excellent brasserie, the kind you rarely find!

Simple brasserie-style cuisine, but you can tell from a few little details that the chef wants to please. For example, there was walnut oil in the salad accompanying my dish: a small touch that makes all the difference... I recommend the "carrémen-bon": gratinéed cheese served with potatoes and possibly charcuterie—nothing better to revive you after a good walk! A very warm welcome. Local bottled and draft beers. I like the music, often very rock (Led Zeppelin, U2, etc.). However, the sound system isn't turned up too loud, and you can have a conversation without having to raise your voice. A large terrace (Place des Vosges) that's very pleasant in the summer, or even in the winter for those from the Vosges region ;-)

Elegant, with old-fashioned decor, this is definitely a brasserie in the heart of Épinal. The staff are attentive and smiling, and the menu is varied. An invitation to unwind with friends.

A short motorcycle trip took us to Épinal. We stumbled upon your beautiful, sun-drenched terrace ☀️ The service was top-notch, and we enjoyed the famous pâté en croûte as a main course… it was a delightful experience! I highly recommend it for a good, unpretentious meal!

We stopped by on a whim, and we're so glad we did. The waiter was friendly, and for starters we ordered the chef's special: the pâté en croûte, made by a chef who competed in the French and World Championships. It was absolutely delicious. The best pâté en croûte I've ever tasted! For our main course, we had the "Vosges Bomb" burger, which was tasty and full of flavor.

The food was very tasty and the staff very pleasant.
