Brasserie du Commerce sur Epinal

As residents of Épinal, we had never eaten at Le Commerce before, though we usually just came for drinks. 🍻 What a wonderful discovery: fresh ingredients, excellent dishes, and truly warm service. Prices are similar to other restaurants in Épinal, with the added bonus of a lovely terrace on Place des Vosges. A great place to stop for a meal. 🍽️😋

We had a really delicious meal and the servers were very welcoming and friendly. I hadn't been before, but if you're coming for the holidays, I definitely recommend it 🙂

Absolutely flawless! The food is fresh and perfectly balanced in flavor, and the waiter is incredibly welcoming. A truly excellent brasserie, the kind you rarely find!

Simple brasserie-style cuisine, but you can tell from a few little details that the chef wants to please. For example, there was walnut oil in the salad accompanying my dish: a small touch that makes all the difference... I recommend the "carrémen-bon": gratinéed cheese served with potatoes and possibly charcuterie—nothing better to revive you after a good walk! A very warm welcome. Local bottled and draft beers. I like the music, often very rock (Led Zeppelin, U2, etc.). However, the sound system isn't turned up too loud, and you can have a conversation without having to raise your voice. A large terrace (Place des Vosges) that's very pleasant in the summer, or even in the winter for those from the Vosges region ;-)

Elegant, with old-fashioned decor, this is definitely a brasserie in the heart of Épinal. The staff are attentive and smiling, and the menu is varied. An invitation to unwind with friends.

A short motorcycle trip took us to Épinal. We stumbled upon your beautiful, sun-drenched terrace ☀️ The service was top-notch, and we enjoyed the famous pâté en croûte as a main course… it was a delightful experience! I highly recommend it for a good, unpretentious meal!
