Brasserie Jenny sur Hagenthal-Le-Bas

We spent one night on August 23. The positive points are the breakfast and the service and welcome in general. However, the room was much too hot in this season and the only air conditioning was a fan. Big negative point, we were surprised and terrorized by 4 large muskrats who were lounging at the edge of the pond. We reported this and received the response that they were coypus which contributed to the balance of the fauna and were without danger. I would still like to point out to you that coypus or muskrats are classified as 'pests' in France and can be hunted or captured because they carry many diseases. For the rest, there was a nauseating smell around the pond which was very unpleasant.

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms, the rest is perfect but expensive.

We had a massage which was great! Totally relaxing and rejuvenating. The setting of the hotel is truly magnificent and wooded

Romantic stay in an exotic setting! The spa is pleasant and the restaurant offers refined cuisine.

Perfect place to relax. Refined, seasonal, 100% homemade and excellent meal. We spent a romantic weekend, everything was perfect. The SPA area is a real plus. On Sunday we opted for Brunch which was incredibly well stocked. A 10/10 for the entire stay.

Providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Basel. The hotel itself is charming and offers a cozy, welcoming ambiance. Rooms are comfortable and clean, featuring modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of options. Staff is very attentive and friendly, ensuring that all needs are met promptly. The hotel's wellness area, including the pool and sauna, was a great addition, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of work.

Très belle soirée réussie accueil chaleureux et professionnel de Cindy...Très belle table en terrasse comme le soleil était au rendez-vous Petit menu concocté par le chef qui était excellent .. beaucoup de goût et très belle présentation..Le personnel est charmant et au soin du client.Je remercie la patronne pour sont geste commercial.Nous reviendrons très prochainement avc grand plaisir Merci

Was perfect for an 'in between' stay for us, traveling back from Italy to the Netherlands. Had a wonderful welcome, great sauna and swim, good meal and excellent sleep!
