We had to go to the airport and stayed at this hotel. We liked everything straight away: very friendly staff, rooms, swimming pool and the rich breakfast. It was also very generous to get free drinks as compensation for renovation work. The next stay is already booked.

Nice room, quiet area, clean, good breakfast, nice space downstairs to stay, good coffee.

Very good stay in this warm hotel, where we felt good. We appreciated the room (good size, very clean, quiet), the spa area (small but very pleasant, relaxing) as well as the evening meal and the breakfast (hearty, good quality with local products). Good value for money for the services. I highly recommend !

Rooms are modern and quiet but grey (including bathroom and wc). The only departure from grey is the wood colour upper side of the bed but its effect is eliminated by the office like grey carpet. They are in the process of renovating their balconies (see photos attached) which isn't a major problem for those staying for one night but I think it is unfair they don't reveal this for those booking (payment was in advance and is non refundable. I feel sorry for those who book for many days or weeks and that is not far fetched because the commute to Basel is only 35 - 40 minutes). My flight was cancelled on the 15th March due to an evacuation (for security reasons) at Basel EuroAirport. I got a seat on a flight the next day and I requested the receptionist to check out an 13:00 instead of the standard 11:30. She checked on her system and after a minute or so confirmed my late check out. Alas at 11:55 the cleaning lady knocked (I was in the shower and had the do not disturb sign on the room door). I explained to her (we spoke in Arabic and even joked) that the reception gave me a late check out she was not notified about. At 12:05 the phone rang and again I had to get out of the bathroom to explain to the receptionist her colleague approved my 13:00 check out and that is when I will (the hotel was not full). Breakfast had cold cuts and scrambled eggs. The latter were tasty because they are made with locally produced butter. Alas there was no herbs or vegetables of any kind in the breakfast (not even chives). I would stay there again on transits to Basel Euroairport had I found them well organised and hospitable but honestly they were not.

A very calming place, and certainly more so in spring and summer with the flower gardens.

Very charming, quiet place located a few steps from the Swiss border. We stayed there as a family for a weekend. The welcome is perfect, the staff is attentive. The spa is good. The rooms too. The restaurant is perfect.

we have been only for lunch. first and main course were great. dessert was not. we were very disappointed about his, and we still paid for it, even we did not even touch it

Super small family hotel despite the renovation in progress very clean hotel a very good welcome from the owner the staff attentive to the customers very good bedding, very good restaurant and complete buffet for breakfast, only downside the spa unheated indoor swimming pool It is still in March and a little small, external extension in progress. Pleasant stay! We really enjoyed the breakfast and the sauna! The pool was a little cold and the bed a little hard...
