Passing through Carpentras, we stayed at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean. The manager was friendly and attentive to guests. The breakfast was plentiful. I highly recommend it!

15/06/2026: The homemade ice cream is as delicious as ever, and the staff is lovely. But be warned, the service was incredibly slow. I missed my movie on Sunday, June 14th, because my ice cream arrived 40 minutes after I ordered it... and lots of other customers were grumbling around me. They should be careful not to upset the Carpentras clientele too much; that would be a shame. I'll be back very soon, though! 😉

The candied fruits are among the best I've ever tasted: authentic flavor, perfect texture, and exquisite delicacy. The chocolates and their ice cream are delicious. The welcome is warm and passionate; you can feel their love for the craft and the product. It's a must-visit in Carpentras, whether you're treating yourself or looking for a gift. I highly recommend it! A rare gem that truly deserves its 5 stars 🌟

09/12/2025: We stumbled upon this establishment by chance and discovered a luxurious and almost intimate place, with a very pleasant, chic decor. Everything was perfect, from ordering to payment. The cuisine was refined and delicious, the waiter was very friendly and full of kind words, and the convivial and pleasant atmosphere was an integral part of our experience. Thank you to the whole team, and keep up the good work—it's fantastic!
