Brasserie La Station sur Vaires-Sur-Marne

I introduced my children to brasserie-style lunch here and it was excellent, from the welcome to the payment. Generous portions, ice-cold drinks, and clean cutlery.

The brasserie is amazing, I highly recommend it. The manager is fantastic, it was all delicious, especially the BG burger.

The starter was too salty, the fries were inedible because they were overcooked, and the Briard burger was just so-so; I've had better. I pointed out that I hadn't eaten the overcooked fries, but they didn't even offer me a small coffee as a gesture of goodwill 😅😂

We came last Thursday at lunchtime, a group of 16, after a funeral. We had a reservation, but the service was poor. The waitress was unfriendly, grumpy, and rushed us, not asking everyone what they wanted. We understand that it can be a busy service, but when a table of 16 arrives (with a reservation), they should be at least somewhat prepared and attentive. Otherwise, the dishes were very good, especially the leek ravioli gratin.

For a family lunch for 16 people after the blessing for my 94-year-old mother's passing, it was excellent. The service was impeccable, the presentation beautifully presented, and everything was delicious, from the poached egg to the beef bourguignon and the chicken leg... Drinks and coffee were also available. Thank you for managing everything so well. And a thought for my mother, who is buried in the Vaires-sur-Marne cemetery nearby.
