We ordered the "freshness platter" and weren't disappointed! The burrata was delicious, with tomato, pepper, and basil ice cream in the middle—a real treat! The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. Thank you to the whole team; we'll be back!

Visited on June 19th as a couple, at lunchtime. Delighted with our lunch 👍 we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious prawn tartare. The waitresses were fantastic 👍 responsive and very friendly. I thanked them for their kindness. Don't change a thing! 😁

It's always lovely here. We sat down again today for a wonderful meal to wrap things up. It was so much fun with the staff. We don't speak French, but everyone made an effort to communicate with us. It's so nice to get to know people. Then everyone else is kind and friendly too. So, a huge thank you to the whole team! The tuna tartare and the moules rougefort were fantastic. June 3rd.

This brasserie was a wonderful discovery, and its online ratings don't reflect its true quality. The atmosphere is immediately captivating: right in the heart of old Hyères, on Place Massillon, you're charmed by the cobbled streets and historic buildings. The terrace, with its red parasols, is a true haven of peace, both warm and elegant. The service is impeccable: the waitresses, polite and attentive, provide quick and efficient service, without ever leaving you waiting. The menu, recently updated, impresses with its variety. I opted for the dish of the day, a seafood salad: a generous plate where every ingredient was fresh and flavorful, enhanced by a perfect homemade vinaigrette. For dessert, a strawberry and raspberry tartlet with mascarpone cream and shortbread pleasantly surprised me, despite my usual reservations about shortbread. A real success! Prices are average for the area, with options to suit all budgets. And for those who prefer a delicious break without a meal, their ice cream and cocktails are definitely worth a visit. A place I'll gladly return to.
