Superb room, very good cuisine and very pleasant staff

Excellent time spent, refined cuisine, perfect service and pleasant setting.

We came as a family after years of impasse, so we experienced the old version of the service with buffets and grills, service from 9 p.m. The cold shower...all that remains is the dessert buffet which is the only positive point of the brasserie and even then given that there is no one to guide you for information on the desserts available it is at the chance when tasting. You have to beg for water and bread, the fries are cold and are better frozen, the vinaigrette is non-existent in the salad that accompanies the dish. Where have the staff who checked the plates and the chaperoning of the service gone? In short, at the asking price it's completely scandalous and I'll be honest I enjoy it more at Flunch and for less money and at least I eat hot. A disaster, the old system is sorely lacking, the restaurant is not up to standard and does not have the means to do so.

Excellent experience and delighted to see these young people motivated to bring French excellence to life in the hotel industry. Many restaurants have service that is far from being at this level. Bravo for your work both in the kitchen and in the dining room and thank you for this experience, I will come back with pleasure!

Seafood evening on Friday evening: excellent! The freshest seafood at its best. The service is very professional and smiling. The mini desserts are a treat. All this for a very reasonable price and the menu is unlimited. To do !!
