Excellent roaster with a lovely shop offering everything you need for your coffee breaks. A family business with very welcoming owners. The coffee is roasted locally and comes in quality packaging to preserve the freshness of the beans, which isn't always the case, so that's a big plus. The traceability is also excellent, as the country, region, and altitude are all known, which will please coffee lovers. To go even further, if you could also indicate the producer, any treatments used, and the roasting date, that would be perfect!
