Descent burger, fast and good located well, but a little messy with the line

Bubu burger located in the heart of Nice, France specialize in smash burgers made with high quality and fresh ingredients. They serve homemade buns freshly made daily in their labs and according to them they sold out daily to guarantee freshness and quality. Since it’s my first time, I ordered the simple cheese with double patties of course. This one hits with pure comfort vibes. The patties come with a crisp edge that gives every bite a nice snap while still staying juicy inside. The cheese melts right into the meat and pulls everything together in the best way. The bun is soft and holds everything well, though I’d love it a bit more toasted with a touch more butter for extra richness. Fries are golden with a good crunch and just enough salt to keep you going back for more. A simple combo done really well.

I actually ended up going here because of how hyped the reviews were. I think it’s a good burger, but I would not rate it a five. The beef was well cooked, nice brioche bun. Toppings were mediocre.

One of the best burgers I've ever had!! The ingredients are fresh, the burger is light and doesn't feel heavy, I highly recommend it! It's busy, so the best option is to order click and collect ;)

Stopped by to try it out. Smash burger was cooked perfectly. Barely pink in center and seasoned well. Fries were nice and crispy. Staff is great Ordered and waited maybe 5 minute for my food. A must when in Nice.
