Rather disappointing during peak times (glaring lack of staff), as a regular customer I find the quality inconsistent (one day quite good, the following week not so great...), in short, it deserves 2 stars and needs to improve its staffing...

I wanted to leave this review following an incident I witnessed during my visit to Buffalo Grill. I was seated at a nearby table and saw an altercation between some customers and a waitress. I want to emphasize that, from what I personally saw, the waitress did nothing to provoke this situation. She remained professional and simply did her job. The restaurant manager also demonstrated professionalism by trying her best to manage the situation. Unfortunately, the situation escalated, and the police had to intervene. I feel it's important to share my experience when I've been directly involved, especially when someone risks being unfairly accused. In my opinion, the waitress and the restaurant manager are completely blameless in this situation. I wish them both the best, and thank them nonetheless for their hospitality and professionalism in what was a particularly difficult situation.
