Buffalo Grill sur Puget-Sur-Argens

I would have given it 4 stars, but the man at reception deserved to lose a star. I think he's also the manager. His welcome was unpleasant; he practically threw the menus and popcorn onto the table and spoke in a curt tone. Luckily, the rest of the experience made up for it. The waitress was very kind, and the meat was cooked exactly as requested and very good. Don't pay any attention to the guy at reception and have a great time.

We really had a wonderful evening here! We were with our family and had a delicious meal. The service was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. We saw on the menu that you can celebrate a birthday, so we mentioned that our son Jaycen was having his birthday. They handled it so nicely! Suddenly the lights went out, a French birthday song was put on, and the desserts for the whole table were brought out with fireworks. The other guests clapped along cheerfully, making it a truly festive moment. Jaycen was beaming from ear to ear, and secretly, so were we. 😊 Delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Are you in Fréjus with children? Then, as far as we are concerned, Buffalo Grill is highly recommended!

The atmosphere among the staff was disastrous. Managers spoke rudely to the waitresses in front of customers. Otherwise, regarding the meal: the quality/price ratio was acceptable and we were served quickly.

Great, we had a wonderful meal, the meat was cooked to perfection, a real treat! Thanks to Alex, a fantastic waitress, thank you for your kindness and good humor, don't change a thing! 😉

USA meets France. Good food, good service. A restaurant just like in the USA.

The restaurant's greatest strength undoubtedly lies in its staff. Our server, in particular, was very pleasant, always smiling, and remarkably efficient, bringing us our salads and drinks with exceptional speed. We never had to wait long for her to take our order or pay the bill. Furthermore, the person in charge of managing the restaurant, who could be called the "sheriff," was also extremely friendly and welcoming. The parking area is spacious, and the interior has been thoughtfully designed with a distinctly American style, which greatly contributes to creating an immersive atmosphere. However, the dining experience was pleasant in terms of the food itself, despite a certain lack of pronounced flavor. The Cajun-style chicken, while cooked to perfection, lacked the expected spiciness for this type of dish, which is a shame. The dessert, a large cream puff, had a slightly dry texture. Overall, it was still very satisfying, although there were aspects that could be improved.

We received a very warm welcome from Daniel, the parking lot security guard. He was very friendly, smiling, and professional; it was a pleasure to be received in such a way. Our waitress, Alexandra, was very welcoming and the service was very quick. The dishes were cooked to perfection and were delicious. Thank you to the whole team.

The food was good and the prices competitive. However, the service was haughty and nonchalant, not up to the standard of the establishment.

A great team, well done to our waitress who took great care of us and was very kind.

Unfortunately, it's a bit too expensive for what you get, both in terms of quality and quantity.
