Hello, I honestly don't understand this 3.7/5 rating you received on Google; it's ridiculous! Your restaurant is fantastic! Simply a delight! 🤩🤩 We arrived and received a super warm welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and most importantly, the restaurant was spotless! The meat was excellent, and the fries were too. The portions were perfect, not to mention the desserts, which were truly excellent! 🤩🤩 Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!

Atmospheric restaurant decorated entirely in an American style. An extensive menu with delicious food. The service was fast, friendly, and spoke excellent English.

Formerly a 5/5 in 2022, I have to change my opinion. Now that I'm a father, we came with our children, and everything was perfect in our section when a couple clearly became aggressive towards us to silence our children. The manager asked us to move or stop defending ourselves… In short, if you come with children, ask for a quiet section and beware of the couple with Louis Vuitton tattoos; they are rather bitter and aggressive. Thank goodness for the waitress who was unaware of all this and told us as we left that our children were adorable. I honestly thought I was going crazy because of the service staff.

Steak 'n Shake Puget-sur-Argens

19/08/2026: The welcome was incredibly kind. I spilled my drink on the table and it was everywhere. The owner immediately had the neighboring tables cleaned, all with a smile and a joke. I was expecting him to be quite the opposite, at the very least. We'll definitely be back out of gratitude.
15/07/2026: I came to pick up a surprise basket and frankly, I wasn't disappointed. For €4, I left with two large savory croissants, a sandwich, a hot chocolate, and the very kind lady gave me two strawberry and pistachio tarts. Really very kind and a very warm welcome. Thank you again.
