We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and served promptly.
A huge thank you especially to our server, Théo, who was exceptionally pleasant, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. He offered helpful advice with a smile and truly made the experience even more enjoyable.

We came for lunch on a Saturday, not the best day for crowds and noise... However, we were seated quickly and the service was smooth and efficient. The grilled chicken was excellent, both in terms of cooking and seasoning. A great value for my money 🍽️

What can I say... It was just okay... The service was a bit slow, and some of the comments, meant to be humorous, were out of place. The meat was average, and they didn't have everything on the menu in stock.
It was a weekday for a table of seven.
It had been a long time since I'd been to a Buffalo Grill... I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Two evenings / two very different atmospheres.
Kudos to the Friday evening service team. Welcoming, helpful, cheerful, friendly, and warm... simply the best.
Regarding Saturday evening... there's still work to be done... with the exception of one or two staff members.
You just need to revise the wording of the "goodwill gesture" so it's not used like all the other excuses you offer.
What makes sense on Friday is no longer relevant on Saturday, and so it's renamed "goodwill gesture."
So there's also the "goodwill gesture"...
