Buffalo, a high-end fast food restaurant. We had bad luck with an unfriendly server. The food was prepared according to our requests. We ate, and our order was correct, but the staff was extremely stressed, practically pushed to their limits by management.

07/03/2026: I stopped by the McDonald's in Andelnans and was very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The employees are smiling, polite, and genuinely very kind. The manager also took the time to chat with me with great kindness and professionalism. You can feel a great team atmosphere and a real sense of camaraderie in the restaurant. It really makes you want to join the team! Thank you again for your warm welcome 😊
04/03/2026: Amazing team! A huge thank you to the blue-eyed drive-thru attendant who was absolutely lovely, always smiling and laughing with her supervisor, Samira! It's such a pleasure to be served in such a friendly atmosphere; they really made me laugh! The food was hot and served on time! Great McDonald's, warm and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend it!
