At a motorway service area, you expect a tourist trap. What a pleasant surprise! The waiter was incredibly welcoming and deserves 5 stars all by himself, the service was quick, and the meat was delicious and tender. Bravo! 👍

I really enjoyed it, it's a shame that on our way back from Fréjus to Belgium we didn't see the rest area; we would have loved to try the meats from the Buffalo Grill 😭, maybe next year

We were just passing through the area. Thank you to Charlotte for her warm welcome and professionalism; the ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and of excellent quality. I highly recommend it for a quality meal!

Restaurant de l'Hotel de Provence

05/09/2026: A small, simple but very well-run hotel right in the center of Brignoles. The rooms are modest, but impeccably clean and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and functional. But above all, the breakfast reflects the hotel itself: simple yet generous. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. And to top it all off, I appreciated being able to park my motorcycle in the shade in the small parking lot directly opposite the hotel. I didn't have dinner there, but the dishes looked mouthwatering and had the delicious aroma of home cooking. In short, a highly recommended place with good value for money.
22/08/2026: Excellent meal. The staff gave great advice on both the food and the wines. We had a lovely evening on the terrace. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.
